A primary school in Colne is looking for a full-time SEN Support Assistant to provide dedicated support for pupils with additional needs. The role is to start full time, from September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with SEND within the classroom environment.
- Deliver targeted interventions and support programmes.
- Assist with implementing EHCP targets and learning plans.
- Support communication, emotional regulation, and social development.
Pre-requisites:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND.
- Understanding of autism, ADHD, SEMH, or communication needs.
- Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
