About the Role
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC. This position does require some evening work.
Responsibilities
Work in a call center environment handling inbound calls regarding customer questions
Update customer accounts in the computer system
Toggle through multiple financial systems to research customer needs
Research multiple questions and needs
Follow-up quickly and make outbound calls to clients
Requirements
Degree is preferred
Previous Banking, Customer Service, or Retail work experience in a fast paced environment
Must have an upbeat and “can-do” attitude
Must have a clean background and drug screen
