Lead ASIC-focused testing and validation across projects and sites. Relieve the core platform team of implementation duties. Ensure enterprise-grade reliability and performance. Skills: Required Qualifications: 5+ years of ASIC development experience. Proficiency in automation (Python, API integration, workflow orchestration). Expertise in validation frameworks and agent development. Strong collaborative and communication skills. Education: B.S./M.S. in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering or equivalent.
