<p>A well-established, design-led architectural practice based in the UK is seeking a newly qualified Architect to join its growing team. The practice delivers thoughtful, sustainable, and high-quality design across a diverse range of sectors- including residential, commercial, community, education, healthcare, heritage, high-security, industrial and leisure projects- working with a variety of clients to create spaces that enrich lives and serve user needs effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity for a recently qualified Architect to gain hands-on experience across all RIBA stages, contribute to multi-sector design and delivery, and grow professionally within a supportive, collaborative, and ambitious studio environment.</p>

<p><strong>Daily Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors, from concept through to completion</li>
<li>Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages</li>
<li>Prepare and coordinate information for planning and building regulations submissions</li>
<li>Liaise with consultants, contractors, clients, and local authorities</li>
<li>Attend project and site meetings as required</li>
<li>Support senior team members with project coordination and delivery</li>
<li>Ensure work complies with current building regulations, standards, and sector-specific requirements</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Newly qualified Architect (Part 3 qualified)</li>
<li>Strong design and technical ability with excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit etc.)</li>
<li>Good understanding of UK planning and building regulations</li>
<li>Strong communication, organisational and collaborative skills</li>
<li>Ambitious, proactive, and eager to engage with projects across diverse sectors</li>
<li>Enthusiastic about sustainable design and developing professionally</li>
