A successful and forward‑thinking secondary school in Peterborough is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Teacher of Science to join their team from September on a full‑time basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Full‑time Science Teacher (KS3 & KS4) – Maternity Cover
• Deliver engaging, well‑structured Science lessons across Biology, Chemistry and Physics
• Contribute to curriculum planning within a collaborative department
• Promote a positive, inclusive and aspirational classroom culture
• Support wider school initiatives including STEM clubs, enrichment and whole‑school science events

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Science at secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for scientific learning
• Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
