  • Supervise, coach, and develop hourly personnel while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the efficient use of heavy mobile equipment and material handling systems, including loaders, excavators, cranes, conveyors, and trucks.

  • Partner with maintenance personnel to prioritize repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, environmental regulations, and company operating procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work areas, identify potential hazards, and promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Maintain accurate production, inventory, and operating records.
  • Work closely with operations, maintenance, transportation, and commercial teams to support overall facility performance.
  • Assist with employee training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, material handling systems, and production operations.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, prioritize work, and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
