CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Los Angeles, California
Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $50 - 55 per hour

Our client's internal creative group is looking for a Creative Project Manager to serve as the "engine" of our creative process. You will be the vital link between all functions, managing end-to-end workflows for full-funnel creative campaigns-from initial concept development to final platform delivery.

In this role, you aren't just a scheduler; you are the "right hand" to our creative leads and the primary "go-to" for project health. You will work in lockstep with Creative Account Management, Creatives, and Integrated Production to ensure every project moves seamlessly through the system and that challenges are solved before they become roadblocks.
 
Responsibilities:

• Workflow Integration: Partner with Account Management on project intake, ensuring resources are assigned and jobs are meticulously tracked in Workfront.
• Strategic Scheduling: Develop detailed project timelines, aligning with account, creative, and production teams to ensure realistic yet ambitious delivery goals.
• Project Stewardship: Drive projects from start to finish, acting as the central hub for status updates, milestone shifts, and deliverable changes.
• Creative Support: Provide dedicated support to the creative team, ensuring they have the assets and runway needed to focus on high-level execution.
• Operational Excellence: Lead internal status meetings, manage documentation, and proactively identify scheduling or resourcing risks with proposed solutions.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Route work through legal, trademark, and corporate communications, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned during development. 

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Creative Project Manager within an advertising agency or a fast-paced in-house creative group.
• Project Breadth: Proven track record of managing a high volume of projects, ranging from high-level branding to tactical execution.
• Technical Savvy: Experience with Workfront or similar enterprise-level PM software is preferred.
• Campaign Experience: 360 campaign experience required.
