<p><strong>Customer Service Administrator</strong></p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> £12.71 p/h - Increasing with Progression </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Huddersfield</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (37.5 Hours per Week)</p><p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> 12 Week Temporary role with a view to being offered a permanent role upon successful trial period</p><p>Stafflex are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced office environment in Huddersfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on strong administrative skills to build into a payroll-focused position over time.</p><p>This role will initially focus on supporting customer returns and administration with an opportunity to develop into a specialist payroll position over time. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Manage customer queries via. phone and email in a professional and efficient manner</li><li>Handle the full returns process, liaising with internal teams and customers</li><li>Provide accurate information on products, orders and deliveries</li><li>Support general administrative duties across the team</li><li>Export and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail across all tasks</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Filters, Basic Formulas, Pivot tables)</li><li>Previous Experience in a Customer Service/Admin role</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>A professional telephone manner</li><li>High-level of attention to detail and organisation</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Confident using computer system and willing to learn new processes</li><li>Friendly, approachable and team-orientated manner</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop</li><li>Reliability and ability to work independently when required</li></ul><p><strong>This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a structured office role with long-term prospects.
