About the Role

BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2B provider who are currently searching for an Account Manager to join their team based remotely within Europe.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Communication with partners by providing timely support, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues related to their accounts. You'll also assist them with product updates and promotional activities.
  • Monitoring partner activity on the platform and leveraging data on betting volumes, game engagement, and user behaviour to suggest personalized solutions that boost profitability and engagement.
  • Identifying new business opportunities for existing partners, driving additional revenue for the company.
  • Developing and implementing tailored promotional campaigns that increase GGR, retention, and overall partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account management strategies. You'll act as the key point of contact, representing the partner's interests within the company.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and business trips to showcase Aviatrix, establish new partnerships, and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Drive the successful launch of new titles by actively pitching upcoming releases to partners and securing prime positioning within their casino lobbies.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in the iGaming or gambling industry; experience with a casino games provider is a significant plus.
  • In-depth understanding of the iGaming market and industry trends.
  • Experience in analysing data to make informed decisions and suggest improvements to clients. Familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Availability to travel for business trips and industry events as needed.
  • Excellent English and fluent Russian. Other languages are a plus.
