With a strong reputation for clinical quality and innovation, they are growing rapidly across the UK theatre space. Recent product launches have set new industry standards, and the company continues to invest heavily in people, training, and portfolio expansion. Due to an internal promotion, they are recruiting a new clinical specialist!</p> <p><strong>The Role: </strong>As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering<strong> in-theatre clinical training</strong>, product support and education to a wide range of stakeholders including <strong>colorectal</strong> and <strong>gynae surgeons, theatre nurses</strong>, procurement, and clinical teams.</p> <ul> <li>Your goal will be to ensure smooth implementation of their <strong>surgical technologies</strong> and develop product usage across key accounts.</li> <li>You&#8217;ll play a crucial role in case support and relationship building, driving product adoption and customer confidence.</li> <li>This is a<strong> field-based role</strong>, requiring daily hospital visits and strong collaboration with the wider commercial team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Candidate Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have a clinical background, ideally within<strong> minimally invasive surgery</strong></li> <li><strong>Experience in theatres</strong>, who is confident engaging with surgical teams, theatre nurses, and procurement professionals.</li> <li>A full UK driving licence is required for this<strong> field-based role.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>The Package:<br /></strong><br />* Basic Salary: £35,000 &#8211; £45,000 (depending on experience)<br />* Bonus: £12,000 OTE<br />* Car Allowance: £600/month<br />* Benefits: Daily lunch allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, career progression opportunities<img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/bWVkaWNhbC41NTU2OS4xMzEwOEBibXMuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif"></p>
