Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Packaging Operator to join the clinical labelling and packaging team. This role involves executing manual labelling and packaging activities for clinical trial medicines, ensuring high quality and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out clinical packaging operations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and greater efficiency.
- Escalate issues when necessary to ensure smooth workflow.
- Take ownership of all tasks within your area, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Complete all required training within specified timelines.
- Manage batch-related logistics processes accurately and efficiently.
- Support packaging activities in both room temperature and cold room (2-8°C) conditions, where applicable.
Requirements
- Experience in manual packaging, preferably within a GMP or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong focus on quality and performance.
- Comfortable working in a highly regulated, international setting.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Competent in working with manual processes and able to adapt to complex routines.
- Preferably familiar with SAP or MES systems.
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.
