Job Description:  We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 8+ years of systems and software design experience to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating high-level requirements into detailed technical designs aligned with enterprise standards and long-term strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Digital Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, and global teams to ensure consistent architecture practices, secure AWS environments, and successful Agile/DevOps adoption. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to recommend solutions based on best practices, performance, security, and cost optimization. Translate customer requirements and high-level architecture into detailed technical designs. Establish and enforce development standards, design models, and code reuse strategies. Partner with Product Owners and Enterprise Architects to define program specifications and provide development estimates. Ensure application runtime environments remain current and develop mitigation strategies for system stability. Design secure AWS environments and promote Agile and DevOps practices. Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization. Support long-term strategic development planning and digital product innovation. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of systems/software design experience. 5+ years of programming experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, and Python. 3+ years of SQL programming experience. 3+ years of experience delivering solutions within Agile teams. Strong knowledge of AWS, DevOps, and Serverless technologies (Docker, Kinesis, Lambda, EventBridge). Experience with XML, JSON, Windows Services, IIS, Oracle, Linux, Postgres, DynamoDB. Knowledge of TypeScript, CloudFormation templates, AWS CDK. Strong understanding of networking, AWS infrastructure, and performance optimization. Excellent communication, consultative, and time management skills. Experience working in highly matrixed environments. Telematics experience is a plus.
