KS3/4 Maths Teacher - Denton

About the role:

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher for a Denton based school for the full academic year starting in September 2026. The successful candidate will have a passion for mathematics and a drive to inspire learners of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Differentiate teaching to support a range of learning needs and abilities
• Monitor, assess, and report on student attainment and progress
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain strong classroom management and behaviour standards
• Contribute to departmental planning and school-wide initiatives
• Support students’ academic and personal development

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge
• Enhanced DBS or the willingness to apply for one]
• 2 school based references
