We’re seeking a dedicated professional to oversee electrical and control systems within our dynamic processing facility in Whitsett, TX. What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in maintaining electrical systems, instruments, and controls in processing or offshore production plants.
• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley systems is highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of regulations relevant to oil and gas facilities, including OIMS standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication, organization, and reporting abilities.
• Commitment to safety, with the ability to follow strict work permit protocols.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of automation and control systems beyond Allen-Bradley.
• Experience with work permit systems and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Ability to serve as a stand-in for leadership roles such as Electrical or Instrument Lead.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED; technical certifications or training in instrumentation or controls are a plus.
• 12+ months of hands-on experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, ideally within the oil, gas, or processing industry.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Whitsett, TX – local candidates preferred.
• Availability to work a regular 5/2 schedule, Monday through Friday.
• Compensation ranges from $30 to $35 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on Allen-Bradley expertise.
