Our client is a medium-sized organisation operating in the TECHNOLOGY & TELECOMS sector. They are well-regarded for their innovative approach and commitment to providing high-quality services to their customers.

Functieomschrijving
  • Eyes and ears: Acting as an extra backup when the supervisor and I are unavailable. This person will hold a more senior position than the rest of the warehouse staff and will be required to supervise/direct the team occasionally.
  • Quality & Satisfaction: Ensuring overall quality and improving customer satisfaction by monitoring open warehouse tasks (inbound and outbound).
  • Issue Resolution: Following up on internal warehouse errors and handling CARs (Corrective Action Reviews) whenever a warehouse mistake leads to customer dissatisfaction.
  • Returns Coordinator: Being the primary point of contact for returns, communicating directly with our customer service team.
  • Inbox Management: Being the first point of contact for handling emails that come into the general warehouse mailbox.
  • Floor Support: Pitching in and supporting the rest of the team on the floor (both inbound and outbound) when the warehouse is busy.
Profiel
  • Brings positive energy to the workplace every day.
  • Cheerful and organized.
  • A problem-solver, not a problem-maker.
  • Proactive, independent, and mature in their work.
  • Experienced in warehousing and logistics.
  • Eager to learn and good with various software programs. It is a plus if the candidate is familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably SAP), or at least someone who learns quickly.
  • Experienced in processing returns.
  • Accuracy is an absolute must, as this person will play a key role in further improving our quality standards.
Aanbod
  • Salary: The starting salary will be around €2900 - €2950 per month.
  • Hours: 5 days a week (40 hours), Monday to Friday (we do not work weekends, though this may occasionally happen in the future).
  • Language: Good communication skills in English is a must. Being able to speak Dutch is nice, but not a strict requirement. English fluency is.
  • Availability: Preferably available immediately, though a later start date is possible for the right candidate.
  • Location: We are looking for someone who doesn't live too far away. Punctuality is an absolute must.
  • End of Month: On the last working day of the month, we work 2 hours of overtime. These are of course paid, and we always arrange food for the team.
