About the Role
1. General Overview:
This role is required to perform inspection on all molded components and maintain records in accordance with the record retention
requirements.
2. Role and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
? Perform inspections on all molded components using Calipers, Micrometers, Gage pins, etc.
? Verify machine has been purged of any components from prior production before production of new part can continue.
? Communicate with the Molding Lead about any of nonconforming material.
? Notify Q.C. Supervisor of any issues encountered during the shift.
Position requires lifting of up to 25lbs.
? File all dimensional inspection results with the part file and all first/last shot records in the QC filing cabinet. Transferring to long term
storage as necessary.
? Maintain records in accordance with the documented record retention requirements.

Normal Work Hours 1st Shift: From: 7:30 am To: 4:00 pm
Normal Work Week 1st Shift: From: Monday To: Friday
Normal Work Hours 2nd Shift: From: 4:00 pm To: 12:30 am
Normal Work Week 2nd Shift: From: Monday To: Friday
Normal Work Hours 3rd Shift: From: 11:30 pm To: 8:00 am
Normal Work Week 3rd Shift: From: Monday To: Friday
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Preferred Skills

? Ability to read, write, and speak English.
? Standing or sitting all day.
