About The Role Kep responsibilities: Oversight of Employee Expense Claims: Review and approve employee expense claims in accordance with company policies and local regulatory requirements, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Provide guidance on policy interpretation and support process improvements within the Unified Concur Expense tool. Expense Reimbursement Control & Reporting: Supervise the posting of all Unified Concur Expense reimbursements and ensure timely archiving of related records. Monitor reimbursement trends, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions to strengthen internal controls. Vendor Payment Governance: Manage the collection and validation of supporting documents and appropriate accounting coding (incl. cost centre, account code, and information required) for vendor payments. Ensure adherence to payment schedules, accuracy of records, and alignment with contract terms。 AR Management: Oversee customer billing, receipt application, AR aging review, and follow‑up on overdue balances. Policy Implementation & Compliance: Lead communication and execution of employee reimbursement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable local regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement in AP processes, controls, and documentation standards. Stakeholder Engagement & Issue Resolution: Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to provide transparency on expense management activities, resolve outstanding issues, and ensure timely follow‑through on required actions. Serve as a subject‑matter expert for Concur-related inquiries. Cash Management Support: Oversee daily cash management activities including monitoring bank balances, initiating payment runs, forecasting short-term cash needs, and ensuring liquidity for operational requirements. Collaborate with Treasury/GL on cash flow planning, bank documentation, and internal funding requests. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ad Hoc Support: Partner with the GL accountant, cashier, and other finance functions across Greater China to support audits, system enhancements, reconciliations, and other ad hoc assignments.
