Job Description:
Exact Staff is currently hiring in Valencia, CA for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk!
Join a dependable warehouse team in a full-time, temp-to-hire role where you'll play a key part in keeping daily shipping and receiving operations running accurately and on time.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00/HR
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Prepare and process outgoing orders accurately and on time
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with inventory systems and RF scanners a plus
- Forklift experience or certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
