Join a dependable warehouse team in a full-time, temp-to-hire role where you'll play a key part in keeping daily shipping and receiving operations running accurately and on time. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00/HR Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Prepare and process outgoing orders accurately and on time Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners Load and unload trucks safely Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation Coordinate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications: 1–3 years of shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred Experience with inventory systems and RF scanners a plus Forklift experience or certification a plus Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Bilingual preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance $0 copay for unlimited Teladoc virtual visits Employee Assistance Program (medical, financial, or legal support) Coverage available for spouse, domestic partner, and children Pet insurance available Resources for parents with children of developmental disabilities.
