The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front and back-office operations, with a focus on excellent patient care and communication skills. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in our medical practice, interacting directly with patients and ensuring a positive experience. Part Time Temporary Various schedules Pay Rate: $20.00/HR Responsibilities: · Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations and procedures · Take and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration · Prepare patients for exams and explain basic procedures · Update and maintain patient medical records and documentation · Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out · Maintain clean and organized exam rooms and medical equipment · Follow infection control and safety guidelines Qualifications: Medical Assistant Certification is required. Current BLS Certificate Minimum of 2 years of front and back-office experience in a medical setting. Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking on the phone. Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel for scheduling and organization. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and patient interactions. Additional medical documentation may be required for submission.
