About the Role
Job Responsibility: Work with related product, design and application engineers to define, develop and ensure quality of testing methodologies; Develop test hardware and software for AMPD products, include automotive or non-auto products; Evaluate device characteristics; Assist Product Engineers and Device Engineers in product evaluation and qualification; Responsible for testing related SW (test program) & HW (probe card/load board) implementation from engineering to production on project schedule; Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues thru team work; Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality; Support production test partners such as FAB, FMO, foundry and test house; Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above with EE (Master is preferred), Communication or Automation related major Good skill at C/C++ or any other code experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English (CET-6) and Mandarin require to liaise with US and Europe. Experience/Education in Project Management will be an advantage Willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated.
