Think relaxed fine dining and a team that really challenges the norm when it comes to plant-based dishes and cuisine. With an already hugely successful name in West London they are bringing their skill and reputation to East London and looking for someone that can support and grow not just in knowledge but career as well. We are looking for a Sous Chef that is passionate and keen to learn new things while having a strong basis of culinary experience.
