A mid-sized, internationally connected company operating in the broader supply chain and infrastructure space. The organization manages and coordinates physical flows of goods and provides specialized services across multiple locations.
Functie
This is a broad role that bridges financial control, business partnering, and leadership, with a strong connection to day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for overseeing financial management, control, and performance across multiple entities.
Profiel
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (HBO/WO level or equivalent)
- At least 5+ years of experience in finance leadership, controlling, or a comparable role
- Proven experience managing teams and leading financial processes end-to-end
- Comfortable working within multi-entity or international structures
- Strong understanding of financial control, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into business insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in an operational environment
- Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages (German) are a plus
