Tradewind is currently seeking graduates across Hertfordshire who will be available this term for supply and trial days with a view to start a year-long paid role in September. Herts Primary Schools in St Albans, Borehamwood/ Radlett, Watford, Stevenage, Hemel, Hitchin and Potters BarImmediate/ September 2026 start£92.56 per day (average pay rate)Open to all graduates (preferably with a 2:2 or above)Some schools can offer teacher training on successful completion of T.A year Every year, Tradewind work with hundreds of graduates to get their first experience and opportunity of working in a class-based position across Hertfordshire and the Home Counties. These roles are based at a variety of primary schools and offer an excellent introduction into the world of education and teaching! No experience is necessary, just a strong academic background, confident and vibrant personality plus a hard-working ethos.
