About the Role

Calling All Theatre Studies Students! Protocol Education is working in partnership with schools in BS31 to recruit dedicated and engaging young people, with a curiosity of futures in education. We are especially interested in hearing from drama students, performers and creative thinkers. If this sounds like you, read on! These roles are a brilliant way to channel those skills into meaningful, rewarding work with children who benefit from creativity, structure and strong relationships, while offering flexibility around you. From helping children regulate emotions, encouraging communication through play and role-play, or supporting engagement with learning, this is a role where progress looks like passion, confidence, calmness and connection, not just test scores. If you’re looking for a role where relationships matter and progress is measured in confidence as much as attainment, this could be the right next step for you.
