Warehouse Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our fast‑paced fulfilment centre in Tilbury. In this role of Warehouse Team Leader, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor with day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including team management, inventory control, order fulfilment and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This is a permanent position, and candidates must have experience leading a team in a similar warehouse or fulfilment environment. The role involves working some weekend shifts and a rolling shift pattern: 6am to 3pm / 10.00am to 7pm.
