- Experience with integrations involving Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), and third-party systems.
- Knowledge of DocuSign integration.
- Experience with notifications and audit trails.
- Design, implement, and support solutions for complex HCM business processes.
- Gather and document business requirements, prepare configuration decisions, and develop configuration workbooks.
- Provide post-implementation support, including Incident Management, Release Management, and enhancement requests.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 (ONB 1.0) is an added advantage.
