Electrician Initial 12 Month Contract Govan, Glasgow 4 on, 3 off shift (Monday - Thursday) Day & Night Shifts available If based more than 39 miles from site - £37.75 Per Hour (Umbrella Rate - Inside IR35) If based within 39 miles from site - £26.89 Per Hour (Umbrella Rate - Inside IR35) The Role Installation of all types of cables (multi-core, single core, co - axle, and fibre optic) & electrical systems ( junction boxes, fuse panels, consoles, transformers, switches etc.) cable reeving, cable banding and cable terminations and alignment and installation of all electrical equipment. The Candidate SJIB approved electrician Good knowledge of their specific trade Understanding of quality standards and work tolerances Understanding of SHE risk awareness Understanding of fabrication and installation drawings Hand skills required for assembly and fabrication purposes Understanding of manufacturing processes Safety certification i.e. SHE induction, COSHH awareness, working at height etc. Trade papers If this role is of interest, please send a copy of your CV to Tom McGuire by clicking the "apply now" button.
