What You’ll Do • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple programs and corporate initiatives • Develop and maintain complex financial models for revenue, margin, and cash flow analysis • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through variance analysis and scenario planning • Support pricing strategies and cost proposals for government contracts (T&M, CPFF, FFP) • Partner with operations and program managers to optimize resource allocation and profitability • Prepare Board-level presentations and investor reporting packages • Drive process improvements and implement best practices in FP&A systems and reporting What You Bring • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus) • 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including GovCon exposure • Strong understanding of FAR/CAS compliance and indirect rate structures • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (Navision/Business Central preferred) • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders • Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments Perks & Benefits • Competitive salary plus annual bonus potential • Comprehensive health, dental, vision coverage • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave • Tuition reimbursement and career development support Ready to shape the future of aerospace and space?
