<p><strong>Farm Animal Clinical Director / Clinical Lead – Southwest Cornwall</strong></p>
<p>GVC is assisting a well-established mixed practice in Southwest Cornwall to recruit a Farm Animal Clinical Director (or Clinical Lead ready to progress with mentoring). This senior role offers the chance to lead and shape farm veterinary services while enjoying a lifestyle in one of the UK’s most beautiful regions.</p>
<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>

<p>Salary: £55,000–£70,000 DOE</p>
<li>
<p>Flexible 4- or 5-day (two half days) working week</p>
<li>
<p>1:12 OOH rota shared with equine</p>
<li>
<p>Lead proactive herd health planning and consultancy-led farm services</p>
<li>
<p>Oversee government OV work as Vet Services Manager</p>
<li>
<p>Opportunity to develop leadership skills with structured mentoring</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>About the Candidate:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experienced farm vet (MRCVS) with strong clinical skills</p>
<li>
<p>Passionate about proactive, high-quality farm vetting</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborative, supportive, and excellent communicator</p>
<li>
<p>Keen to mentor and develop colleagues from ATT/vet techs to junior vets</p>
<li>
<p>Interested in leadership and clinical standards, either already in a senior role or ready to step up</p>
