Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act.&nbsp;Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong></p><p><span>We’re looking for a highly creative and platform-native Junior Instagram Channel Manager to join the Social Video team, working across Ladbible.</span></p><p><span>This role will sit within our team of Channel Managers, directly supporting the LADbible Instagram Channel Manager in delivering daily output. It is a fast-paced, execution-focused position with a strong emphasis on Photoshop and reactive visual storytelling.</span></p><p><span>You’ll play a key role in turning stories, trends and cultural moments into bold, high-performing Instagram graphics, while developing your editorial instincts, platform knowledge and format thinking within one of the world’s biggest youth publishers.</span></p><p><span>This is an ideal role for someone who understands viral content, thrives in a reactive environment, and wants to grow into a senior channel position.</span></p><p><strong>What the opportunity looks like&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Supporting the LADbible Channel Manager in the day-to-day running of the Instagram account.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creating best-in-class, platform-native graphics using Photoshop to support editorial and reactive content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contributing ideas in daily editorial discussions and pitching reactive content concepts and repeatable IP-led formats.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translating news stories, internet culture and trending topics into engaging, shareable visual posts at speed.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assisting with scheduling content across Feed, Reels and Stories.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Writing engaging, platform-native captions that reflect LADbible’s tone of voice.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitoring post performance and applying insights to refine future creative output.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting community management and maintaining LADbible’s voice across comments and interactions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborating with Editorial and Video teams to ensure consistent, high-quality output.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills and experience we'd like you to have&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Exceptional Photoshop &amp; AI Imagery creation skills – this is essential. You should be confident designing bold, emotive, scroll-stopping graphics tailored specifically for Instagram.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working in a fast-paced digital, publishing or social-first environment (preferred).</span></p></li><li><p><span>A strong understanding of what makes content go viral on Instagram.</span></p></li><li><p><span>An instinctive feel for LADbible’s tone of voice and the interests of 16–34-year-olds.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The ability to work quickly and accurately in a reactive news environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A sharp editorial eye and strong visual judgement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Confidence writing engaging captions that maximise reach and engagement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A basic understanding of Instagram’s algorithm and performance metrics.</span></p></li><li><p><span>An understanding of media law and publishing best practice.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is desirable but not essential.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience across additional platforms such as TikTok or YouTube Shorts is a bonus.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.</strong></p><p><strong>LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer.
