About the Role
Your Position in Our Team
Drive Salesforce administration, optimization, and business analysis to support the Revenue Operations program
Oversee system health, user management, and platform scalability
Design and implement automation and process improvements that streamline business operations
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Facilitate workshops and demos, and lead training sessions to boost adoption and maximize platform value
Collaborate across projects within the Revenue Operations program
Manage integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite (ZoneBilling), Zendesk, PlanHat, and HubSpot
Ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting and dashboards, and uphold system security and compliance
Lead Salesforce enhancement projects, implement best practices, and contribute to strategic initiatives
Your Profile
5+ years of Salesforce experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Strong experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing user stories, and documenting processes
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including low-code capabilities
Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business needs into technical solutions
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required; additional certifications such as Platform App Builder or Business Analyst are a plus
Experience with subscription-based products is a strong advantage
Fluent in English
Your Salary
We offer a salary range of PLN 16,000 – PLN 23,000 gross per month.
Final compensation will be based on contract type, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
