An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join an independent, forward-thinking estate and lettings agency operating across the Slough area. This role involves managing a residential portfolio, coordinating repairs, supporting landlords and tenants, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property management operations. It will suit someone organised, personable and confident handling issues quickly and professionally.  What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties Acting as main point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors Handling maintenance issues and resolving problems promptly Arranging property inspections and follow-up actions Managing compliance and safety certification records Progressing tenancy renewals and related documentation Liaising with lettings colleagues on tenancy matters Keeping accurate property and tenancy records Working to deadlines and service level targets  What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential property management Good understanding of lettings and management procedures Professional approach to customer service Strong relationship-building skills Excellent telephone and communication manner Highly organised with good workload prioritisation Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines Confident problem solver Good general IT skills Full UK driving licence required  What's In It For You?
