People & Culture Manager
A growing international business is looking for a commercially focused People & Culture Manager to partner closely with the CEO and leadership team during an exciting phase of growth and change.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the people agenda while managing day-to-day HR operations and a small team across Talent Acquisition, Office Management and HR.

The Role
You’ll play a key part in shaping culture, capability and organisational effectiveness across internationally
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior leaders on structure, performance, reward and people strategy
- Supporting growth, change and transformation activity
- Leading recruitment and talent development initiatives
- Managing performance, succession planning and leadership capability
- Overseeing HR operations, ER, compliance and payroll coordination
- Driving engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives
- Using people data to support commercial decisions
About You
- Proven HR / People leadership experience in a commercial environment
- Strong business partnering skills with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing ER cases and organisational change
- Comfortable balancing strategic input with operational delivery
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Data-driven and confident using HR systems / metrics
- Able to be on-site in Milton Keynes twice per week
