About the Role

People & Culture Manager

A growing international business is looking for a commercially focused People & Culture Manager to partner closely with the CEO and leadership team during an exciting phase of growth and change.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the people agenda while managing day-to-day HR operations and a small team across Talent Acquisition, Office Management and HR.

The Role
You’ll play a key part in shaping culture, capability and organisational effectiveness across internationally
Key responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with senior leaders on structure, performance, reward and people strategy
  • Supporting growth, change and transformation activity
  • Leading recruitment and talent development initiatives
  • Managing performance, succession planning and leadership capability
  • Overseeing HR operations, ER, compliance and payroll coordination
  • Driving engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives
  • Using people data to support commercial decisions

About You
  • Proven HR / People leadership experience in a commercial environment
  • Strong business partnering skills with senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing ER cases and organisational change
  • Comfortable balancing strategic input with operational delivery
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Data-driven and confident using HR systems / metrics
  • Able to be on-site in Milton Keynes twice per week
