Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.

• Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Communications Manager should have:

• A degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering strategic communication plans.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within the not-for-profit sector or a similar environment.
