Mission Statement: Leads Procurement Team to execute purchasing activites including direct material and indirect material to esure on time delivery based on production plan and all related activities are performed in accordance with Accelleron policy. Main Accountabilities: Procurement Execution: Leads procurement team to excute direct/indirect material purchasing activites to fulfill production plan. Continuously optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency to support company strategy. Capacity Planning & Risk Management: Regularly manage demands and monitor supplier capacity. Implement early warning systems and contingency plans. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key suppliers to build stable supply relationships. Conduct monthly supplier performance evaluations with Quality and Planning to drive supplier continuously improvement. Team Management: Manage a team (5 buyers), allocate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and foster cross-departmental collaboration. Skills and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration. Experience: 5+ years of procurement management experience, prefer in discrete manufacturing. Preferred: With experience of working in multinational company. Language: Fluent Chinese and English in written and spoken. Software: Familaer with Excel, Powerponit etc. ERP system experience (e.g., SAP) Core Competencies: Team Leadership: Experience in cross-functional collaboration and team motivation. Risk Identification: Ability to analyze data and predict supply chain risks, with problem-solving skills. We look forward to receiving your application.
