We are hiring a Director of Data for a PE-backed, global rewards and marketing analytics business operating at scale with major international clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maximising the value of an established data and analytics platform, not defining strategy from scratch.
The Role
You will lead a small data and analytics function, driving execution of an existing roadmap and helping the business extract greater commercial value from its data products.
Key focus areas:
Turning data into commercial insight and client value
Driving adoption of analytics and data products
Supporting development of predictive and advanced analytics capability
Improving data literacy and stakeholder engagement
Working closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams
Tech Stack
Snowflake
SQL
Python
Mixpanel
BI / visualisation tools (in transition)
What We're Looking For
Strong background in analytics / BI / advanced analytics
Hands-on with data (SQL and ideally Python)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
Comfortable operating in a small, hands-on leadership structure
Nice to Have
Loyalty, rewards, marketing analytics or consultancy experience
Exposure to AI or predictive analytics
Experience in global or multi-market organisations
Important
This is not a large team leadership role - it requires someone who is hands-on, commercially minded, and able to influence without building a large function.

We’re hiring a Head of Analytics to lead a centralised analytics function within a fast-growing, data-driven business undergoing significant transformation across analytics, AI, and decisioning.
This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership to drive faster, better, data-led decision making across the organisation.
The Role
You’ll lead a central Analytics & MI team operating as a shared service across Finance, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
Key focus areas include:
- Moving from reporting to actionable insight
- Embedding AI tools into analytics workflows
- Driving automation and improved data structures
- Supporting rollout of a new decision engine
- Managing priorities across multiple senior stakeholders
This is a player-coach role (50/50 split) – combining leadership with hands-on delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading Analytics / MI teams
- Strong ability to turn data into clear commercial insight
- Hands-on technical skills (SQL + Python)
- Experience with modern data tools (e.g. Snowflake, Power BI)
- Exposure to AI tools / automation in analytics
- Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership
Background
- Open to any data-rich, commercial sector (FS helpful but not essential)
- Suitable for an existing Head of Analytics or a strong Senior Manager stepping up

The Role
As Director of Performance Marketing, you will:
- Own the long-term performance marketing strategy for profitable new customer growth.
- Lead channel investment strategy, planning, and budgeting across paid social, search, and app acquisition.
- Build and refine measurement frameworks, from attribution and incrementality to media mix and unit economics.
- Partner closely with Product, Data, Customer Analytics, and CRM to optimise the full funnel, from impression to in-app activation and value.
- Lead and develop the performance marketing function, including a high-performing team and agency partners.
- Embed a rigorous test-and-learn culture across channels, audiences, creative, and propositions.
- Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to drive workflow efficiency, insight, and optimisation.
- Act as a senior thought partner to the executive team on growth opportunities, risk trade-offs, and performance forecasts.
Your Skills And Experience
You will be a strong fit if you have:
- Proven success in scaling acquisition for a consumer-focused digital business, such as fintech, subscription, marketplace, or app-led services.
- Deep hands-on understanding of performance channels, especially Meta, Google, and app store acquisition.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing large budgets and performance-driven investment decisions.
- Advanced analytical capability, comfortable with data, experimentation, and incrementality measurement.
- Experience working with or alongside customer analytics, product, and MarTech teams to drive holistic growth.
- Confidence leading agencies and internal teams, with a collaborative, low-ego leadership style.
- Curiosity about AI and how it can enhance marketing effectiveness and decision-making.
