Trading Platforms Specialist

A regulated FX & CFD brokerage headquartered in Cyprus is looking to hire an experienced Trading Platforms Operations Specialist to join their growing Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrations with third-party plugins and APIs
• Manage and provide day-to-day support for multiple trading platforms (MetaTrader 4 or Metatrader 5, cTrader)
• Implement and manage CRM integrations with other business systems
• Ensure platform servers run efficiently and securely
• Perform software updates and upgrades
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients when needed
• Manage user access and enforce security policies
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience within the Forex or Financial Services industry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading operations will be considered a strong advantage
