Our client is a healthcare technology company that creates business management platforms.  REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience in the role of QA. Understanding of functional test design, execution, and analysis. Thorough knowledge of development and testing life cycles (SDLC/STLC). Working knowledge of SQL. Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience developing test data. Experience with browser compatibility testing. Experience with mobile app testing using third-party tools (e.g., BrowserStack). Experience with Jira and test management systems (e.g., ACCELQ, TestRail). Experience running and building UI automation tools ( e.g., ACCELQ, TestRail, Selenium, or others). Ability to communicate using both technical and non-technical terms to an audience. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and work independently. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively interact with other teams across the organization. Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strict attention to detail. Experience in the healthcare industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review requirements with project teams for testability and conduct test case reviews to ensure business requirement coverage. Execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing. Identify, confirm, and report defects in an understandable and reproducible way. Integrate new functional tests into the regression test set. Analyze test results, looking for defect trends. Identify repeatable test steps for test component creation. Track and monitor assigned project plans. Report on completed test documentation and reports on time. Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ensure that test cases exist and are executed for issues and functionalities to be promoted to production. Analyze product specifications, business requirements, technical design specifications, and solutions architecture documents and identify and report early defects. Manage test execution and analyze test results for adherence to requirements and technical specifications. Author test scenarios for UAT sessions and schedule stakeholders for testing. Communicate effectively in group or individual situations to clarify needs and instructions. Cooperate professionally and respectfully with internal/external clients and co-workers. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing using accurate grammatical form. Read, interpret, and create written information and procedural documentation. Maintain confidentiality. Demonstrate excellence in work standards and is tenacious in completing tasks. Effectively solve problems and make decisions. It includes resolving crises and developing resolutions between parties. Work well with other team members and departments. Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate using respectful relations to accomplish mutual goals and assignments efficiently. Request support from the team with ample time to accommodate the support request and meet deadlines. Ensure effectiveness in processes to achieve/seek best practices.
