About the Role
Our client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team! This role will oversee daily office operations, support leadership, and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building organized systems, coordinating logistics, and supporting a collaborative team environment.
Office Manager Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of office management, operations coordination, or administrative leadership experience
• Experience working with vendors, facilities coordination, and office purchasing
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and ability to support leadership teams
• Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace or similar systems
Office Manager Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations including reception coverage, mail, supplies, equipment, and meeting spaces
• Coordinate facilities vendors including cleaning, maintenance, security, and landlord relationships
• Manage office purchasing, track vendor expenses, and maintain vendor records and contracts
• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics including workstations, office access, and welcome materials
• Assist leadership with scheduling, meeting preparation, reports, and internal communications
• Help coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and company events
• Maintain organized operational documentation, systems, and procedures to keep the office running efficiently
