<p><strong>Van Vehicle Technician / LCV Technician</strong><br />đź“Ť <strong>Taunton</strong><br />đź’°Â <strong>Up to ÂŁ50,000 OTE – Uncapped Bonus</strong><br />đź•’Â <strong>Full-Time, Permanent</strong></p>
<p>We are currently recruiting <strong>experienced Van / LCV Vehicle Technicians</strong> to join a busy and established <strong>Aftersales workshop</strong> based in <strong>Taunton</strong>. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking for strong earning potential, consistent work, and long-term career development.</p>
<p><strong>Working Hours:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monday to Friday:
<ul>
<li>07:30 – 16:00 (alternate weeks)</li>
<li>09:30 – 18:00 (alternate weeks)</li>
<li>30-minute lunch break</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Saturday mornings on a rota: 08:00 – 13:00 –Â <strong>Paid at time and a half</strong></li>
</ul>

<p><strong><br />Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on vans and light commercial vehicles</li>
<li>Complete vehicle diagnostics and fault finding</li>
<li>Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation</li>
<li>Use workshop systems to record vehicle data and repairs</li>
<li>Identify additional work and communicate with the Service Team</li>
<li>Carry out final quality checks and road tests where required</li>
<li>Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><br />Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a <strong>Vehicle Technician / Van Technician / LCV Technician</strong></li>
<li>Relevant technical or NVQ qualifications</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and repair skills</li>
<li>Good attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work well as part of a team</li>
<li>A professional and reliable work ethic</li>
