Location: Dungannon Hours: Full Time (Monday – Friday) Three Reasons to Apply: Play a key role in driving manufacturing efficiency, throughput, and right-first-time performance Hands-on engineering role with real ownership of process improvement and change Join a progressive manufacturing business focused on continuous improvement and best practice The Job in a Nutshell: Essentially, your job will be to lead engineering-driven improvement initiatives across manufacturing, analysing processes, implementing data-driven solutions, and embedding standardised, right-first-time ways of working. You Will Be: Leading and supporting engineering-led improvement projects to improve efficiency, capacity, and output Analysing production processes and implementing practical engineering solutions Developing and standardising quality procedures, control plans, and process standards Working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, design, and supply chain teams Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards Should You Apply?
