We are looking for a person who will be the business partner for our clients. Your role will involve developing long-term relationships, ensuring a high level of collaboration quality, and identifying new business growth opportunities.
We are looking for someone who can understand clients’ needs and effectively translate them into solutions that support the growth of their business.
🔸Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
🔸Coordinate collaboration between clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and services;
🔸Understand clients' business needs and recommend solutions and services that address their challenges;
🔸Support the growth of existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
🔸Lead client meetings, prepare commercial proposals, and support contract renewal processes;
🔸Monitor ongoing cooperation, report on key activities, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
🔸At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar B2B sales and client relationship role;
🔸Experience in selling IT professional services, software implementation, or body leasing;
🔸Strong relationship-building and client communication skills;
🔸Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
🔸Fluent Polish and English (C1 or higher) – both spoken and written;
🔸Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
Nice to Have
🔸Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or similar solutions;
🔸Basic technical knowledge enabling comfortable conversations about software development services and IT implementations;
🔸Experience in managing contract renewal processes and developing relationships with existing clients (renewals and account growth).
