The Role
Investigates and reviews employee Workers' Compensation Claims Reports to determine liability. Investigates accident and/or safety occurrences. Reviews safety reports and statistics. Prepares and evaluates claims with employee/claimant, attorney, insurance carriers, and providers to minimize claims settlements. Assist in claim management to support movement of the claim. Liaison between third party administrator and the company. Respond to requests from the third-party administrator and communicate with internal and external customers to aid in the administration of the claim.
Must Have
3 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree
2 years of claim management experience

Knowledge of the Longshore Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act
