<p class="isSelectedEnd">A highly regarded planning consultancy is seeking a Graduate Town Planner to join its growing team in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career within a supportive and commercially focused environment, working on a wide range of exciting projects across the region.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>The Role</strong><br />You will be part of an experienced planning team, supporting the delivery of high-quality planning advice across sectors including residential, mixed-use, and strategic land development. The role offers hands-on experience and exposure to all stages of the planning process.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Key responsibilities will include:</p>

<li>Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals</li>
<li>Undertaking site appraisals and planning policy research</li>
<li>Supporting the production of planning statements and reports</li>
<li>Engaging with local authorities, clients, and external consultants</li>
<li>Monitoring planning policy and legislative updates</li>
</ul>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline</li>
<li>Strong interest in working towards MRTPI accreditation</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills with attention to detail</li>
<li>A proactive and professional approach</li>
<li>Previous planning experience (placement or internship) is beneficial but not essential</li>
