<p>We are currently recruiting for a talented Lead Pastry Chef to join a prestigious private members’ club based in South Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and experienced pastry professional to take ownership of a small pastry team and develop an already strong offering.</p>

<p>The Role:<br />– Leading and managing a small pastry team of 2 chefs<br />– Overseeing all pastry and dessert production for the club<br />– Taking responsibility for afternoon tea service and developing new, seasonal offerings<br />– Working closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain consistently high standards<br />– Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to the pastry section</p>

<p>What We’re Looking For:<br />– Sous Chef level or experienced Senior Pastry Chef ready to step up<br />– Strong background in hotels or private members’ clubs<br />– Experience with afternoon tea service is highly desirable<br />– Creative mindset with the ability to design and evolve menus<br />– Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a small team<br />– Passion for high-quality, elegant pastry work</p>
