Functie
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end business planning and performance management cycle, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and recurring business performance reviews.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business units and functions to provide actionable financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and improve business performance.
- Act as the finance business partner for corporate support functions, with a strong focus on technology and overhead cost management.
- Lead and continuously improve forecasting and latest estimate processes, ensuring timely visibility into financial performance, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Prepare executive-level financial reporting and performance presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.
- Support cost optimization initiatives through financial guidance, target tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Enhance management reporting capabilities and business intelligence dashboards, translating data into meaningful insights for decision-makers.
- Monitor project-related investments and expenditures, ensuring appropriate financial oversight, reporting, and budget adherence.
- Manage budget planning and cost control activities for support functions, including variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Deliver financial analyses, benchmarking, and performance insights to support strategic initiatives and business priorities.
Profiel
A successful Interim FP&A should have:
- Has 5-6 years of FP&A experience (medior level)
- Thrives in international business environments
- Brings strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis expertise
- Has a pragmatic, plug-and-play mentality
- Is immediately available
- Speaks fluent English (Dutch is a plus, but not required)
Aanbod
We offer you:
- An hourly rate between €75 and €85
