<p><strong>Daily Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the technical delivery of projects across multiple sectors and RIBA stages</li>
<li>Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with in-house disciplines including engineering and design teams</li>
<li>Coordinate project information using BIM/Revit workflows</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards</li>
<li>Attend site visits, resolving technical challenges during construction</li>
<li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery</li>
<li>Mentor and support junior team members</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge with proven experience delivering projects on site</li>
<li>Proficiency in Revit and BIM-led project delivery</li>
<li>Experience working within multidisciplinary or integrated design teams (highly desirable)</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing</li>
<li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage workload independently and contribute to team leadership</li>
<li>Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or similar</li>
