To make a meaningful difference, we set up the PATRIZIA Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Council , sponsored by our Group Executive Committee and supported by our HR team. We do this through: How we r ecruit and retain employees. Encouraging the setting up of Employee Resource Groups Skills and confidence-building training Building partnerships internally and externally. How our people shape the culture at PATRIZIA We encourage our people to shape the culture at PATRIZIA. Ways that they can do this include our Employee Resource Groups and our PATRIZIA Circles. Gen 50 Plus creates the best possible environment, to pass on experience and maintain health and performance for a long time. The PATRIZIA Circles The aim of the PATRIZIA Circles is to shape everyday working life and culture at PATRIZIA. We currently have Circles at our offices in Augsburg, Frankfurt, Hamburg and London. The Circles offer a platform for personal exchange and for promoting cross-team co-operation . Events held include: Group trips to the Plärrer in Augsburg, a regional festival famous for its beer-tapping ceremonies, parades and community activities. Health & wellbeing initiatives, including in-office ‘health’ days. Small-scale fundraising activities for the PATRIZIA Foundation include bake sales, quiz nights and table football tournaments. PATRIZIA Foundation & Hiking Challenge PATRIZIA employees have the opportunity to use up to two per cent of their working time for a social project. One such opportunity is the annual Hiking Challenge, which is organised in collaboration with the PATRIZIA Foundation! In addition to the sporting Challenge, the main aim of the Challenge is to fundraise for various PATRIZIA Foundation projects, such as supporting the PATRIZIA Primary School Sondoveni in 2023. So far, the Challenge has already taken place in the Lake District National Park in the UK, the Mangfall Mountains in Germany and Mallorca in Spain. Participation not only offers unforgettable experiences and the opportunity to be part of our active and committed corporate culture, but also helps to achieve the PATRIZIA Foundation's goal: To provide children and young people with access to education, healthcare and welfare anywhere in the world.
