Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker for the kinship team with Lincolnshire City Council. Job Title: Qualified Social worker - kinship Team Pay Rate: Up to £36.00 per hour (umbrella) Location: Eastgate, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG347EB Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Kinship Team. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in kinship care, who can deliver high-quality assessments and provide support to carers. Key Responsibilities: Complete kinship assessments to a high standard and within required timeframes. Provide support and supervision to foster carers where needed. Travel around Lincolnshire and occasionally out of county as required. Contribute to the team with excellent analytical, assessment, and interpersonal skills. Essential Requirements: Proven experience in kinship care and a strong understanding of its challenges. Ability to deliver high-quality assessments under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Available to commence immediately.
