Telemarketing Administrator

What you'll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services
- Booking appointments for the external sales team
- Updating and maintaining CRM databases with accuracy
- Using mail-merge and other digital tools to showcase our company to stakeholders
- Collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues to develop opportunities
- Following up on quotes via phone or email
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and client communications
- Handling inbound enquiries and directing them appropriately
Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new CRM systems
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn about our product range
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset
